What I collect
If you sign up for the newsletter, I collect the email address you submit. That email is handed off directly to Substack, which delivers the newsletter on my behalf. I don't run tracking pixels on this site and I don't sell or rent your data — ever.
How it's used
Your email is used only to send you the CmonSense Report. Substack processes and stores subscriber data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@cmonsense.app. Under GDPR and similar laws, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies required for the page to function. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by CmonSense Report itself.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change and the next newsletter will note it.
Withdraw consent
Clear the newsletter consent stored in your browser. This won't unsubscribe you from emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email for that — but the signup form will ask you to re-confirm the privacy policy next time.
